In this study, it was aimed to determine the situation of in-service training activities that teachers attended based on the opinions of teachers and to make a proposal for evaluating and developing in-service training activities for teachers. In this survey in the survey model, data were collected using the "In-Service Training Assessment Scale" developed by Kayikci (2011), the scale of re-validation and reliability by the researchers is composed of 4 dimensions, the availability of in-service training, the planning of in-service training, the appropriateness of in-service training staff and the satisfaction of in-service training expectations. The data were analyzed using descriptive and analytical statistics using the SPSS 13 packet program. 8000 teachers working in a total of 30 schools (primary-oratory and high school) located in different socio-economic levels within the boundaries of Antalya Konyaaltı, Kepez, Muratpaşa, Aksu and Döşemealtı districts, which are determined by taking into account the different service areas of the research universe, have created the universe of research. According to the results of the research, it was determined that the In-Service Training studies carried out for the teachers were not adequate in terms of content, duration and number and that the needs of the teachers were not taken into account in the planning of the in-service training.
